With a mixture of strength building and restful yoga, somatic practices, nervous system regulation tools, hands on stretching, gentle massage, meditation, breathwork, journaling, coaching and other mind&body related techniques, we can work together to create a program that fits your needs, availability, and budget.
These sessions can be in person, or virtual!
