Meet Paige

I’m so happy you’re here!

I knew early on that this is part of my dharma, my path, my purpose, to share the magic and wisdom of this practice combined with the the teachings and practices of modern day psychology (my other passion!). After a bachelors and masters degree in psychology, diving into the teachings of yoga head first, and getting thousands of hours teaching yoga and psych in all sorts of settings- we’re finally here! A place for all of that experience, wisdom gained and practice to land, continue to grow, and be shared with your wonderful self!

Paige earned her master’s degree in psychology, and has years of experience implementing her education in formal psychology world with her studies of yoga. She is a 200 hour ERYT, and a registered children’s yoga teacher. Since 2020, she has been teaching yoga in studios, schools, with sports teams, private groups, shelters, residential facilities, and more. She has certifications in trauma informed yoga, and 100 hours studying yoga for the mind. Her love of teaching has afforded her the opportunity of leading nearly a dozen yoga teacher trainings. Her work as a psychology professor, coach, yoga teacher, and mentor blends the worlds of formal western psychological studies and research, human behavior, emotion and motivation, somatics, and yoga philosophy.
